EMERGE's training programme has equipped more than 2,800 counsellors, caregivers, teachers, church leaders, humanitarian workers and community practitioners across the Middle East with trauma-informed care, supervision and safeguarding standards. This collection shows those cohorts in action — clinical case-review sessions, supervision groups, MHPSS field simulations, safeguarding refreshers, and the practice-improvement conversations that raise the quality of care across the region. Training is the multiplier: every practitioner equipped goes on to serve dozens more.
